| My University of Colorado buddy Erik Nordby showed me a good night out on the town in San Francisco. |
Another good friend from Colorado,
Todd Haydel let me stay in his apartment in San Diego for a week while I took care of a few necessities. It
was my last opportunity before crossing the border into Mexico. This included getting my website up and running, as well
as strengthening the subframe and numerous other upgrades on the KLR. Standing with Todd is his girlfriend Desiree, looking
beautiful as always.
